Make Extra Money Online

Okay, I will cut through the chase here. I will list out methods of making extra money online. Most of them are for free. Actually there is nothing for free as nobody, not even the richest person in the world will give you a dollar without you giving something in return like your skills, knowledge, advice, sweat or maybe just a little help.

The word “free” here would actually means you don’t have to pay or use your own money to get more money in exchange.

Many people go online searching for making money online. Many even tried to search on tips on making fake money. I hope you are not that desperate that you want to go to the dark side.

You can make money from home, using other sites like eBay or Amazon. Depending on your skills or hobbies, some of these money making tips are really easy and some are not. Some you can do totally online while others you just use the online access as a tool to find your opportunities.

This is not an exhaustive and final list, I will update and add links when I find them. I will list only sites that I know of or that appears on the first page of search engine results, so please do your own search to find out other alternative sites if you require more. If you do know some sites do let me know in the comments.

I will try to list the sites or quick ways to make money according to the skills one individual might have. Some of these will overlap each other and you don’t have to do only one. You can mix and match according to your skill, time and desperation :)

Ways to make extra money if you are a student
Most college or university students are not that good enough (yet) to offer skills or consultancy to companies or other individuals. However time and labour are also tools. So you can offer odd-job services like house moving, baby-sitting, house sitting, house painting, landscaper, pet care, event volunteers etc. You can post your service offering at barefootStudent.com and collegehelpers. You can also use craigslist.

For students outside of the US, you can advertise your services on your local online marketplace or the classified ads on the newspaper. For Malaysians, you can post your services on sites like Mudah.my or Lelong.

Just make sure the job is safe and does not require you to work at a remote location. Have a friend accompany you or send you to the assignment location just so that they know where you are.

Quick ways to make money if you are an ex-student
What if you’ve just graduated? Well obviously in your student life you’ve bought many things including stationeries, books or some other stuff like guitars, skateboards, jerseys.
